Northampton Saints Foundation has released its 2024/2025 Impact & Social Value Report, demonstrating the incredible difference it makes across the community. During the 2024/2025 academic year, the Foundation generated £3.9 million in social value, returning £3.57 to the community for every £1 spent (with expenditure adjusted to remove exceptional and capital costs).
The report also marks the end of the Foundation’s three-year strategy, showcasing the progress made and the impact achieved across its key focus areas. It highlights the challenges the Foundation addresses, from gaps in education and pressures on mental health services to social isolation and involvement in the criminal justice system, reflecting its mission to empower young minds and enrich lives across generations.
Through targeted programmes, Northampton Saints Foundation works to prevent the long-term consequences of disengagement, creating opportunities for personal growth, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging. During the 2024/2025 academic year, the Foundation engaged with more than 58 education settings, supported 6,744 participants, and delivered 37,357 hours of activity, producing measurable and lasting impact across the community.
Building on the 145-year legacy of Northampton Saints Rugby Football Club, the Foundation uses the power of sport and the values of rugby to drive positive change, with programmes spanning education, employability, social inclusion, specialist services, and heritage.
