Matt Goode – Fundraising and Partnerships Manager
As the Foundation's Fundraising and Partnerships Manager, Matt looks to strengthen and expand the programmes that Saints currently run – including the Saints Study Centre, Engage, and HITZ – as well as launching new initiatives that will benefit the whole of Northamptonshire. After working with excluded teenagers as a Sports Mentor at Oxfordshire County Council for five years, Matt joined Northampton Saints full-time in 2012 and began to manage the HITZ programme. He had already been working in the Club's community department since 2003 after playing for Saints Academy. But his passion to support and develop young people and their communities led to the Saints Foundation receiving full charity status in December 2017. Away from Franklin’s Gardens, Matt helps train rugby coaches across Oxfordshire, Bucks and Northants as an RFU Coach Developer.

Jordan Letts – Social Inclusion Manager/HITZ Officer
Jordan is a UKCC Level 2 Rugby Coach with a strong passion for working with young people. Jordan’s further education started at Moulton College and progressed to Nottingham Trent University where he studied Sports Leisure and Educational Development. The focus of his research was the HITZ programme and the positive effect it has on so many young people; this inspired Jordan to join the team at Northampton Saints HITZ. Having been a member of the team since 2015, Jordan has seen many students progress onto education, employment and training.

Shirley Malin – HITZ Officer
Shirley has been a part of the HITZ team since 2017. Previously at Northampton College, Shirley provided classroom support to students across many different courses. Her role required working alongside the mental health team, and included scribing, encouraging correct and good behaviour and supporting them towards independence. Ultimately Shirley’s goal was to get each student prepared for the next stage of their course or employment. Shirley is very driven and thrives on encouraging students to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Pete Austen – Study Centre Manager
Pete's role is to organise and deliver, in conjunction with their schools, programmes of study for students who come to the Study Centre. Our aim here at the Study Centre is to make young learners aware that learning can be fun and enjoyable. Pete has always been passionate about sport and teaching, and so loves his job where he is able to combine these two passions!

Jeanette Campkin – Study Centre Coordinator
Along with Pete, Jeanette delivers the Study Centre sessions and helps children achieve greater self confidence through the activities performed. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her family, gardening, reading, baking and doing crossword puzzles - as well as being a very proud grandmother!
