Aspire Summer Programme

The Aspire Summer Programme has been designed to work with young people from vulnerable and disadvantaged backgrounds, in 2020 the programme was funded by ‘The Making Northamptonshire Safer Fund’ via the Northamptonshire Police Fire and Crime Commissioner.

The Foundation created this programme to assist young people and offer them a focus during half-terms, the offering creates opportunities for us to support our existing students as well as additional students that need our supervision.

In total we have worked with 150 students on this programme since 2018, which gives participants the chance to get involved in some fantastic enrichment opportunities such as Boost Trampoline Parks, Goals, Laser Zone, and Tenpin Bowling. Alongside targeting a reduction in anti-social behaviour and crime during these time periods.

"Aspire has had some incredible feedback, I am happy as a Foundation we can provide a support network for all of our young people and create a safe environment for them to enjoy their summer break."

Jordan Letts, Head of Foundation

"The Aspire Summer Programme has been a saviour to the YP's that I support and without that to look forward to they would have been extremely isolated with nothing to look forward to. The staff are on hand at a moment’s notice to offer emotional support to help guide them through tricky times. I cannot recommend and thank Jordan and his staff enough for what they have done."

Trudy Jones, EOC NCC

The programme runs for 4 days of each half-term and there is an application process which can be requested by emailing [email protected].
