Over the past few weeks Northampton Saints Foundation have been working alongside KPMG and Salesforce to integrate their Non-Profit Success Pack.
Catherine Deans, Managing Director at Northampton Saints Foundation, said: “Salesforce has revolutionised the way the Foundation captures and stores its data.
“In our fundraising department, it will allow us to centralise our donors and supporters’ information creating stewardship journeys and managing pipelines with the ability to segment this data. This is transformational for the Foundation and a hugely positive step along our strategic pathway.”
From a marketing perspective, Salesforce will enable us to create and manage our campaigns, sending out relevant marketing and communications to supporters in a simple, straightforward, professional and GDPR-compliant manner. Complimented by a detailed reporting system, the Foundation will be able to track performance and impact of our marketing more effectively than ever before.

Saints Foundation are very grateful to KMPG and Salesforce for providing the Non-Profit Success Pack, and for their time and assistance through the bespoke configuration process.
