TMI Foods has been instrumental in driving Northampton Saints Foundation’s mission to transform young lives.
Through their unwavering financial support over the past three years, TMI Foods has enabled over 16,000 individuals to benefit from the Foundation's education and social inclusion programs.
Many of these young people have successfully reintegrated into education, employment, or training, experiencing significant improvements in their social, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
However, as highlighted in The Children’s Society’s ‘Our Good Childhood Report 2022’, there has been a worrying increase in mental health issues among young people. In just three years, the likelihood of young people experiencing mental health problems has surged by 50%, with one in six children in a classroom of 30 now affected.
Recognizing the urgency of addressing these challenges, TMI Foods has renewed its commitment to the Foundation for another three years.
This extended support will encompass tailored career workshops, work experience opportunities, and qualifications such as the Certificate in Food Safety, supplementing the main qualifications each young person seeks to achieve. These initiatives are designed to enhance their readiness for employment.
