Jordan is a RFU Level 2 Rugby Coach with a strong passion for working with young people.

Jordan’s further education started at Moulton College and progressed to Nottingham Trent University where he studied Sports Leisure and Educational Development.

The focus of his university research was the impact the HITZ programme has had on the Northamptonshire area and the positive effect it has on so many young people; this inspired Jordan work within the Social Inclusion Department at Northampton Saints and create the Engage programme which began to work with students before they joined HITZ.

Having been a member of the team since 2015, Jordan has developed the HITZ, Engage and Aspire programmes.
