Bio

Shirley has been a part of the HITZ team since 2017.

Previously at Northampton College, Shirley provided classroom support to students across many different courses. Her role required working alongside the mental health team, and included scribing, encouraging correct and good behaviour and supporting them towards independence.

Ultimately Shirley’s goal was to get each student prepared for the next stage of their course or employment. Shirley is very driven and thrives on encouraging students to achieve the best possible outcomes.
