Foundation appoints new Inclusion Manager

Northampton Saints Foundation is delighted to announce the appointment of a new Inclusion Manager, Emilie Harbottle.

Emilie brings a wealth of experience to the role with an extensive background in education, having previously worked as a Deputy Head in a Northamptonshire primary school.

Her experience will shape the Engage programmes vision, innovation, and continuous improvement, to enhance its impact and effectiveness.  She will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies and interventions to support the diverse needs of disengaged young people, addressing barriers and promoting positive outcomes.

Collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership Team, she will contribute to the development of comprehensive, long-term plans including growth of the Engage programme that align with the Foundation's objectives. Her strategic guidance and leadership will be instrumental in driving innovation and continuous improvement of Engage.

Upon joining the Foundation Emilie said “I feel privileged and excited to work for the Foundation who have already made a huge difference to a range of children’s lives. Bringing my previous experience on board, I believe that the need for the Engage programme is in high demand and I am looking forward to helping make positive changes for the futures of these young people. The Engage team has many great opportunities ahead of them and I am thrilled to be a part of the growing initiative.”

Emilie's appointment is a big step for the Foundation, showing its dedication to fostering inclusivity, addressing barriers, and creating positive futures.

Jordan Letts, the Head of Foundation and Social Inclusion Lead, shared his excitement about Emilie's appointment, stating, "We are delighted to welcome Emilie to our team.
