PE Curriculum Delivery
PE Curriculum Delivery
Our PE Curriculum Delivery programme is fully adaptable for EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4, SEND, and alternative provision settings, ensuring that every pupil, regardless of ability or background, can succeed and thrive.
Lessons are designed to support and extend the National Curriculum for PE at every stage:
- EYFS: Focus on movement, balance, coordination, and developing confidence in active play.
- KS1: Mastering fundamental movement skills, applying simple tactics, and beginning to work collaboratively in games and activities.
- KS2: Developing a broader range of skills across competitive and creative activities, refining technique, and improving resilience and teamwork.
- KS3: Building competence in a variety of sports, developing confidence to take part in competitive and non-competitive activities, and understanding the role of physical activity in healthy lifestyles.
- KS4: Refining skills and applying them in increasingly challenging situations, promoting active lifestyles, leadership, and preparation for lifelong physical activity.
Every session is carefully adapted to provide opportunities for success, incorporating inclusive sports such as boccia, seated volleyball, and new-age kurling alongside traditional games.
Flexible formats prioritise confidence-building, teamwork, and wellbeing, while cognitive and sensory activities support focus, regulation, and mental health.
Each session blends skill development with personal growth, introducing traditional sports through accessible rules, tactics, and techniques, promoting equality and participation through inclusive sports, and stimulating focus, problem-solving, and decision-making with cognitive games that reinforce both physical and mental wellbeing.
We offer flexible packages, from 6-week blocks and termly modules to full academic year support, with the option to co-create a bespoke scheme of work aligned to your school’s priorities and curriculum.
Schools choose Saints Foundation PE because it meets National Curriculum PE requirements while offering innovative and inclusive practice. The programme supports whole-school priorities, including health, wellbeing, and personal development, and helps students build lifelong skills such as teamwork, resilience, communication, and confidence that extend far beyond the sports field.
