Our Memory Cafe meets on the first Wednesday of every month, offering a warm and supportive social space for people experiencing loneliness, memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease, or other forms of dementia – as well as their caregivers and loved ones.

Hosted from Cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens, the Memory Cafe offers a safe and comfortable environment where participants can engage in meaningful activities, share experiences, and enjoy social interaction without the stigma often associated with cognitive impairment.

Each session features a variety of engaging activities, including music, art, games, and opportunities to explore the stadium while learning about the rich history of Northampton Saints.

Past session topics include discussing family traditions, childhood games, holidays, relationships and hometown pride.

Our Memory Cafe is currently full but we maintain a waiting list for new participants. To join, please contact memories@northamptonsaintsfoundation.org.
